History

Sandyford Meats is a family run business. Today we operate a beef and lamb processing factory on the outskirts of Dublin but our family history in the trade dates back to the mid sixties.

We started out with a butchers shop in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny, killing our own beef and lamb and it was here we gained a full appreciation of the true value of quality.

As time progressed we began to supply other like-minded butchers and this grew to become a large part of our business. Further processing then became the norm and so we followed suit, which allowed us to go further afield, supplying independent supermarkets and good butchers with an eye for quality wherever we could find them.

Over the years a lot has changed in the industry but the fundamentals remain the same...Quality...Quality...Quality.
