Traceability is the ability to piece together the history of a product, back to its origins.

Access to our traceability system allows you to see for yourself exactly where our product was sourced and reassure you that you are getting everything you expected. It will also verify to you our guarantee that all our product is:

  • IRISH
  • UNDER 30 MONTHS
  • HEIFER

You will note from the geographical spread of farms, we go far and wide to source the very best cattle with the highest quality beef.

To find out the specifics of the "Who, Where & When" of the beef you have purchased, simply input the short batch code we have assigned it and with one 'click' you will be presented with all the relevant details.

The batch code is displayed instore, normally behind the butchers counter. If you're not sure, or you'd prefer, give us a ring and in a couple of seconds we can give you the relevant batch codes recently delivered to that retailer.
